  • Reschedule/Cancellation: Free reschedule up to 48 hours before the session. Inside 48 hours, we’ll do our best to accommodate a new time.
  • Refunds: If we cannot schedule within 14 days, we’ll refund in full.
  • Timezone: All times shown in your local timezone. Mike’s assistant will also be reaching out to confirm the date and time. Any confusion or adjustments that need to be made will be organized by Mike’s Administrative Staff.
