Referral Fee: IRN Agents will receive a 5% referral fee on the Contract Sales Price of Development Advisors-owned real estate. The fee is exclusive of taxes, closing costs, and/or furniture packages.
Payment Schedule: 90% of the referral fee is paid upon receipt of the client's initial payment and contract, with the remaining 10% paid upon final acceptance and handover of the property.
Fee Division: In case of lead duplication, the fee may be split among multiple sources if the buyer is found to be pre-registered in Development Advisors ’s database.
The agreement remains valid for one year, with automatic renewals unless terminated by either party with a 60-day notice.
