A stop at the world-class Metropolitano Vivian Pellas Hospital reassures you that excellent healthcare is just around the corner. By midday, you’ll be savoring local flavors at Mi Viejo Ranchito, a charming lunch stop that’s the perfect introduction to Nicaraguan cuisine.
