The hills roll by, and you feel the anticipation build. There’s a picnic lunch waiting for you, with sandwiches, snacks and cold drinks, a perfect way to fuel the excitement. When you arrive at the Torti Plantation, you’ll hop onto trucks that take you deep into the plantation. Here, the world of teak unfolds. You’re walking through rows of towering trees, feeling the earth beneath your feet, surrounded by the vibrant sounds of nature. It’s a chance to connect with the land and witness the process of teak production up close. Just a heads-up: comfy shoes and pants are a must. You’ll want to soak in every moment.
Day 2: Panama City Wonders
Today, you’ll focus on Panama City. You’ll have a private tour guide who knows the ins and outs of the Miraflores Locks Museum. a true window into the incredible engineering feat that is the Panama Canal. You’ll learn the history and see the massive ships gliding through the locks, an experience that’s both humbling and awe-inspiring.
After soaking up all that history, it’s time for lunch. You’ll be savoring incredible dishes at the Tantalo Rooftop Restaurant, where the views are simply breathtaking. Just imagine: you’re enjoying a delicious meal, sipping on wine, and soaking in the stunning panoramas of the city. What’s not included
Just a little note: flights to and from Panama aren’t included, and dinner on the first night isn’t part of the package. But this actually gives you the freedom to explore and choose for yourself what will delight you most.
